This site was designed while thinking about what would be useful to a home buyer or someone selling their home.

When I started working on this page "About EXIT" I thought I could give EXIT Realty information such as; sales volume, locations etc... Then I decided to add my experience since joining EXIT Realty in The Grand Strand area. Maybe this would give people a better idea of what EXIT is about, how I have been trained and what's important to me as an agent.

1. They offer their agents classes almost everyday of the week to help them become better agents. Better agents translate into people that can do a great job for you!

2. The team that owners Travis Miller & Anthony Wise has put together for training, guidance and administration is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

3. The concentration on excellent client service is #1 which is something I appreciate and would imagine so do you!

4. Honesty, integrity and ethics are discussed on a regular basis and there is no tolerance for anything less.

5. No discrimination and Fair Housing is extremely important to the company and it's associates.

6. Friendly, smiling faces can be seen in every office. People who like their job and their company lead happier lives. Happy people give better client service!

7. Teamwork is very important and if an agent needs help with a transaction, someone is always there to step in to make sure the transaction goes smoothly.

8. Everyone is treated with respect and receives positive feedback.

9. They look at the "big picture" and help their agents, not just say ok now your on your own.

10. Here's some honesty...Realtors get a bad rap because most people don't understand the business or maybe they had a bad experience with an agent.

EXIT Realty is growing strong and building a team of agents that follow through with their promises, get back to you when they say they will, educate you to understand market trends and do a great job.

My entire career has been based on honesty, integrity and a great work ethic and I'm very happy to have found a company that feels the same way I do.
